Oniera is built and operated by a single individual, not a company. By using this site, you're agreeing to the terms below. If anything here doesn't sit right with you, the simplest option is not to use the service.
Oniera is a personal dream journal: a place to write, tag, search, and visualize your own dreams over time. It's a personal project, run independently, not a large commercial product with a support team behind it.
You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for anything that happens under your account. You can delete individual entries at any time, and you can request your account and all remaining data be deleted entirely by emailing the address below.
Everything you write is yours. Oniera doesn't claim ownership over your entries, doesn't sell them, and doesn't use them for anything beyond storing and displaying them back to you.
Don't use Oniera to store or transmit anything illegal, to attempt to access another person's account or data, or to try to disrupt or abuse the service (including its AI-powered features, like photo transcription or document import). Accounts used this way may be suspended or removed without notice.
Some features (reading handwritten photos, parsing imported documents) use a third-party AI model to convert what you submit into text. These results can occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete — always review transcribed or imported text before saving it. See the Privacy page for details on how that data is handled.
Oniera is provided as-is, without guarantees of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. As a solo-run project, there's no guaranteed response time for support requests, and no service-level commitment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of Oniera isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data. Regular backups are maintained as a precaution, but no storage system is infallible — if the substance of what you write matters deeply to you, keeping your own copy (using the export feature) is a good habit.
These terms may be updated as the product changes. If they do, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
